Refund Policy:
We fully appreciate and respect the concerns with making advanced deposits and payments for services you have yet to receive. We assure you, the Feeding Frenzy Sportfishing Academy is NOT in the business of keeping Deposits.
They are Necessary however, due to class size limitations and demand, especially as the fishing and boating seasons progress. The reason for a Deposit is to secure Your Seat in an Academy Class, or date for Private Consultations. This may negatively affect another’s ability to attend a class or secure a specific date.
Deposits and payments cancelled by the student more than Two (2) weeks prior to the start of a class will be applied to the re-scheduled Academy Class. Cancellations made by the student fourteen (14) days or less prior to the class begin date, that are not re-scheduled, will cause the deposit/payment to be forfeited.
In the event of inclement weather that has an impact upon a service, the Feeding Frenzy Sportfishing Academy and Consulting, LLC will have the FINAL say in going forward with a voyage. Cancellations or interrupted services will be re-scheduled when conditions improve.
Mechanical/Vessel breakdowns or any Maritime Safety concerns, violations of any Law, Rule, Code of Federal Regulation or Ordinance will cause any payments made or due, to be forfeited in their entirety.
Cancellations brought about on the part of the Feeding Frenzy Sportfishing Academy and Consulting, LLC that cannot be re-scheduled, will have deposits Refunded in Full.
